We are RICS-accredited building surveyors and can provide a wide array of different survey options to match your criteria and budget.

The ultimate survey and report is the RICS Level 3 building survey which assesses all building components including interior, exterior, grounds and services. In addition, lists any recommended repair works with cost estimations.

We are also licenced UAV drone pilots, so can carry out roof drone surveys to properly assess a building roof and associated components.

EXPERT WITNESS

We carry out expert witness property disrepair surveys across the UK on behalf of both occupiers and landlords.

We fully assess claimed defects such as dampness, escape of water, structural failure etc.. and report on all relevant legislation associated with the claim, including Landlord & Tenant Act 1985, Fitness for Human Habitation and Decent Homes Standards.

DRONE SURVEYS

With the ability to reach even the most inaccessible, hazardous or large-scale sites our UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) teams use the latest drone technology to provide a wide range of drone surveys and inspections.

Whether it’s a busy stretch of live railway or an entire property portfolio, our highly-experienced and qualified pilots and surveyors can safely capture high-resolution imagery and survey-grade data – all in a fraction of the time taken by traditional survey methods.

LATENT DEFECT WARRANTY INSPECTIONS

In order to mitigate the risk of future claims, building warranty providers need to know that the properties they are providing cover on, have been constructed properly using best practice techniques and in accordance with the appropriate regulations.

We provide a comprehensive periodic inspection service to check for defects and failures at key stages of construction. In addition, we review all relevant technical documentation and produce technical audits throughout the build.

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER INSPECTIONS

We can offer structural design from the initial planning stages through to construction. Our team refers to relevant legislation and works with relevant authorities to provide structural services from concept design through to completion.

Our team uses, 3D building modelling to test structures for load, fracture and fatigue.
